Support

Support and downloads

For customers and partners who run a Noccela system: how to reach support, what to tell us, where to sign in and where to find documentation.

What to include in a support request

A complete first message saves a round of questions. Include as much of this as you can.

  1. Who and where

Your company and the name of the site where the problem occurs.

  2. Which devices

The device type (for example Beacon 3 or ID Badge) and the device IDs involved.

  3. What happened

What you saw, what you expected instead, and when it happened, with date, time and time zone.

  4. How often

Whether it happens all the time, now and then, or only once, and in which part of the site.

  5. What you tried

Anything you have already checked or changed, such as power, network cables or settings.

  6. Evidence

Screenshots, exported data or API responses. For API questions, the request and the response, without secrets.

  7. Impact

How the problem affects your work, for example warnings not reaching people or a dashboard missing data.

Never send passwords, API client secrets or access tokens by e-mail. If a secret may have been exposed, tell us and create a new one.

Datasheets and Declarations of Conformity

Every product page has a full specification table and the product's certifications: start at products. Datasheets and EU Declarations of Conformity are available on request. Tell us the products and, if relevant, the market you need them for.

Firmware for base stations (UWB anchors) and tags is updated over the two-way radio link, so devices do not need to be collected for updates. Changes that affect integrations are listed in the changelog.
