Accessibility statement
Accessibility statement for noccela.com: we aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA. How the site is built, known limitations and how to give feedback on accessibility.
Last reviewed 22 October 2026. Noccela Oy wants noccela.com to be usable by everyone, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification or other assistive technology.
This statement is voluntary. noccela.com is a business-to-business website and is outside the scope of the Finnish Act on the Provision of Digital Services (306/2019), but we apply the same standard.
Our target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Based on our own assessment during development, we believe the website largely meets this target, with the limitations listed below.
How the website is built
- Pages are static HTML with one main heading each, headings in a logical order and landmarks for the header, navigation, main content and footer.
- A "Skip to content" link is the first item on every page. The website is designed to be used with a keyboard, and the focus outline is always visible.
- Colours are chosen to meet the WCAG contrast requirements. Our brand yellow is used only as a background or fill colour, never for text on white.
- Diagrams are built from HTML or SVG with real text, so screen readers can read them. Images have text alternatives.
- Text content does not depend on JavaScript. Interactive tools, such as the base station estimator and the contact form, need JavaScript and are built from standard form controls.
- Animations are reduced when your system asks for reduced motion.
- The page language is set, and the text is written in plain British English with short paragraphs.
Known limitations
- Services on other addresses. The sign-in pages of the Location Intelligence Platform and the partner portal, the interactive API reference (Swagger UI) and the meeting-booking page (Microsoft Bookings) are separate services and are not covered by this statement.
- Documents on request. Datasheets and Declarations of Conformity sent on request are PDF files, and older ones may not be fully accessible. The same specifications are available as HTML tables on each product page, and we can provide documents in another format on request.
- Videos. Videos linked from this website are hosted on YouTube. Older videos may not have captions.
- Download files. Logo and photo files in the press kit are images without text alternatives inside the files; each is described on the press page.
