Services

Services from the first floor plan to long-term support

Hardware and software are half of a working location system. The other half is planning, installation, integration, training and support. Noccela and its partners cover every phase, with engineers who know the system down to the radio protocol.

Three phases of a project

The same structure works for a single production cell and for a multi-hall site with hundreds of tags.

Phase 1

Consultation and pre-planning

Agree what the system has to achieve, and check that it can.

  • Objectives, performance targets and integration needs
  • Site assessment and feasibility study
  • Proposed system architecture and a layout of base stations (UWB anchors)
  • A limited pilot or proof of concept where it helps
  • An implementation plan you can act on

Phase 2

Project initiation and management

Deliver the system on time, from deployment planning to handover.

  • Deployment planning through to rollout
  • Coordination of installation and integration
  • Schedules, resources and communication across teams
  • Testing, calibration and validation against agreed targets
  • Documentation, training and handover

Phase 3

Maintenance and incident management

Keep the system accurate and available, and grow it with your needs.

  • Monitoring and issue resolution under agreed service levels (SLAs)
  • Firmware updates
  • Component checks and performance reviews
  • Upgrades, scaling, reconfiguration and new zones

The first base station goes up only after the layout is planned. Because base stations calibrate themselves, most installation time goes into cabling and mounting, not into measuring.

From pilot to production

A typical path for a site that is new to real-time location.

  1. Consultation

Your goals, use cases and floor plan. We check whether real-time location is the right tool for the job.

  2. Pre-planning

Site assessment, a base station layout drawn in the Designer, and success criteria you agree with us.

  3. Pilot

A limited area proves accuracy, coverage and the use case in your real operations.

  4. Rollout

Installation, automatic calibration, validation, integration with your systems, and training.

  5. Operation

Support under agreed service levels, firmware updates, and new zones as you grow.

How a pilot works

Training

For your team

Administrators and users learn the Location Intelligence Platform at handover: the map, dashboards, rules, users and roles. Your team can then run the system day to day.

For partners

Integrators and resellers are trained to plan, install, calibrate and support Noccela systems themselves, with Noccela engineers behind them.
Become a partner

For OEMs and product companies

Engineering services

Noccela designs its own radio protocol, hardware, firmware and software. Machine builders and product companies can use the same team to build precise positioning into their own products.

Custom tags and hardware

Tags and base stations adapted to your product: form factor, enclosure, colour and mounting.

Firmware

Firmware features and device configurations for your use case.

Integrations

Location data connected to your platform, from webhooks to a full integration.

Certification support

Help with radio testing and certification of products that include UWB.

Frequently asked questions

Who installs the base stations?
Cabling and mounting are usually done by your electrical contractor or an installation partner, following our layout. Noccela plans the layout, coordinates the installation, and calibrates and validates the system.
Do you offer service level agreements?
Yes. Maintenance and incident management run under agreed service levels, with firmware updates, component checks and regular performance reviews.
Can we start small and extend later?
Yes. Most projects begin with a pilot or one area. New zones, tags and base stations are added as your needs grow.
Do you work with integrators?
Yes. Many projects are delivered together with integration partners who know your systems and your industry. Partners and OEM.
Can Noccela develop a custom device for our product?
Yes. Our engineering services cover custom tags, firmware, integrations and support with certification. Tell us about your product.
