Noccela is a Finnish company that designs ultra-wideband (UWB) real-time location systems: base stations (UWB anchors), tags, the Location Intelligence Platform and APIs for tracking people, vehicles and assets indoors and outdoors. One team designs the whole chain, from Noccela's High-Performance Ranging (HPR) radio protocol to hardware, firmware and cloud software. The system delivers accuracy up to 10 cm and coverage up to 500 m² per base station. Base stations calibrate themselves, and tags run for years on one battery. It runs as a cloud service or on the customer's premises. Customers and partners use Noccela in manufacturing, logistics, workplace safety and sports.
