Navigine and Noccela form a partnership

Navigine has become a solutions partner of Noccela in the global industrial market.

Navigine provides a real-time digital-twin platform that gives visibility of assets and operations, and produces analytics based on movement and geofencing. Combined with Noccela’s ultra-wideband (UWB) positioning, it brings out the business value of precise location in challenging industrial sites.

Navigine also introduces Noccela technology to new markets and customers. On its own partner page, Navigine describes Noccela as its UWB hardware and RTLS ecosystem partner.

Who does what

• Noccela supplies the base stations (UWB anchors), the tags, High-Performance Ranging (HPR) positioning and the APIs that deliver positions in real time.
• Navigine supplies the software layer on top: maps, the digital twin, geofencing, analytics and applications for the end customer.

For the customer this means one system, in which the location data and the application that uses it are designed to work together. For Noccela it means a partner that runs customer projects effectively and takes the technology to new markets.

The goal

The aim of the partnership is to create smarter factories and better places to work for customers, with precise location data feeding the software they work with.

On 16 May 2023 the companies held a joint webinar, “UWB Positioning and Its Industrial Applications”, on how UWB positioning is used in industry and how the two products fit together.
